Meet Brian Starnes, our Office Operations Manager at Vertex Pest Control. Originally from Washington and now living in Nampa, Brian has been part of the pest control industry since 2018. In addition to his management role, he holds a Certified Applicator license, reflecting his broad expertise in the field.

Brian’s favorite part of working at Vertex is the people—sharp, driven, and committed to excellence. He thrives in an environment where high standards and teamwork go hand in hand.

Outside the office, Brian enjoys playing pickleball and traveling, with Ireland topping his list of favorite destinations. His mix of operational leadership and hands-on experience helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that both customers and team members are well supported.
